Default ECS oil feed kit install question

So i searched on here and google and came up with nothing.

Does anyone have a link to the instructions or maybe a walk thru..

I saw some on A&As site.. it has 2 diff ver one for c6 and one for z06...

also since as i dont have a Z06 can i just mount it in the z06 spot it says... bc i can not even remotely get to where it wants it at on the c6

I am just wondering if ecs does it differently...

Don't know if they do it differently or not. The main issue with an oil drain is that you don't hit anything in the pan and you aren't spraying oil directly on the crank over the baffles.

On a dry sup set up, I was wondering if it can be routed to the oil tank. It wold be easy to pull the tank, add and AN fitting and then run a line over.

There is a plug on the driver side of the engine near the timing cover that you un-thread and put in the adapter for the feed line, Ill see if I can find a picture

Feed is a pressurized line.

Return is gravity that drips back to pan.

Shouldn't the ECS kit come with 2 lines? And not just the return line? or do i have the feed line i do not know.. i just know i am missing parts

Think I'm going to do the return hole on the pass side. Easier to get to. As for the feed line holy hell idk how to get to that lol.

How do you keep the chips from entering into the pan when you drill it? A small vacuum while drilling may help.

are you sure the ECS kit you have is not a self contained unit? Mine is self contained, but did come with an oil drain line for easy oil changes

You use a rotobrach drill bit. It is made specifically to prevent chips going inwards.
