Default '06 C6 Corvette "Radiator leaking?"

Hello, the past 2 days i actually noticed a 12 inch diameter circle roughly of coolant puddle under my car after leaving it alone after going out for some food. I move my car to a new parking spot for a dry surface and lifted it and this is what i seen : (youtube video) upon first inspection i thought it was my drain plugs but i think it coming from higher up. I wiped off the drain valve and drain cork yesterday for i at first thought that was the culprit but seems maybe not....?

Would LOVE any help. Also the upper and lower hoses are fine it seems, still squishy and the clamps are tight on the ends and no wet marks.

youtube link :

I can't tell from your video but if it is the original '06 radiator the problem is likely a split in the plastic tank. Very common issue. Here's one example:

AFAIK the tanks aren't separately serviceable, have to replace the radiator. If you look at that discussion I linked, you'll see that many owners upgrade to a DeWitt's all aluminum radiator, but they are a bit pricey.

did u jb weld the plastic or the metal out of curiosity? Also i haven't just yet ruled it that my radiator is leaking. From watching my video would u say that is 100% a radiator leak? lower hose, and hoses look fine.

Alright, going to go take off my radiator (perfect timing because on daylight savings day it's super dark as soon as i get off work )

Any approximation on how long taking it off and installing a new one takes?

Couple of hours.

Only tip I have is... the tabs on the condenser slide into plastic slots on the radiator. The easiest way to get the radiator out is to just break the slots off of the radiator since it's being replaced anyways. That will separate the condenser and radiator, which is half the battle in getting it out.

Otherwise it's pretty straight forward

The metal hoses (oil lines) come out pretty easy--there's a metal C shaped clip that you have to pull out with a pick, then the hoses will pull right out

The dealership asked for my VIN and after providing them that they too said i don't have the EOC radiator. Not sure if prior owners added that upgrade but i don't think so.

The only thing i'm going off of is the left side of the radiator doesn't have a hose going in like this :
https://www.radiatorexpress.com/part...tepCompleted=5

sorry to keep bugging you mate, just don't want to buy the wrong part :\
dealership gave me part number : 10353980

: yes i believe that's the transmission oil cooler

That's probably it--if no metal hoses on drivers side then that that should be the right part number. Passenger side is for transmission oil cooler. Even some manual transmission cars got a tranny cooler

And $100 is a steal... I think I paid 3-4x that for one with both coolers

Call any local dealership and they will ask for your VIN (if you haven't ever been there before) and then they will give u the part number for the specific Radiator w/ EOC (what you need)

Call dealership w/VIN

Or you can check the radiator yourself and see which coolers it has.

Replaced radiator, haven't pressure tested the old one but i assume it was leaking from the plastic passenger side tank.
