Probably something to the order of 1500-1800RPM, if you're comparing it to a typical aftermarket converter. The stock converter in my '13 GS was tight as hell. I couldn't brake stall it past 12-1300rpm without it breaking the tires loose.
Remember that you don't get to stall speed on any converter by footbraking it, because you're only using part throttle power, whereas if you let it idle in drive and then shove the throttle to the floor and watch the tach closely (or video it) you'll get a better idea of the actual stall speed by seeing how high it flashes before the car moves forward.
