Default 2008 3LT engine questions

I have read that there was a problem with the heads on this year Corvette. What is the problem, was it a recall or a service bulletin. I am looking at a low mileage 30K and want to be an informed buyer. Thanks for the knowledge as I am presently a C5 guy.

There are no recall or service bulletins on the 2008 LS3 heads. No history of issues either. There is an issue with the LS7 heads on the Z06.
