Has anyone done a side by side comparison of LG Pro vs Pfadt headers? Owned both? Post results please.

You couldn't pay me to run pfadt headers. LG all the way out of those two. ARH is top notch too.

If you want budget, you can check out the hinson or TSP but I would spend the extra on ARH or LG.

I have LG super pros......I was just curious. I keep hearing about Pfadts
making tons of TQ. Haven't seen much independent proof

I've seen exactly the opposite. They lose torque. The independent test I've seen all show them at the bottom of the heap. Plus fitment issues, and other problems.

The closest I've seen for comparison is Xplosive Performace installed both (when I got my LG Super Pros a couple years ago), and back then PFADT was a different company. Back then, they both showed similar torque and horsepower numbers (on the same dyno) for LS3's.

They were both in the 425 rwtq/rwtq range, give or take a couple, depending on the weather the day of the dyno run, etc.

Not to be rude, but I have to comment. I installed the PFADT TRI Y's on my 05 about 4 years ago with NO issues what so ever. I'm not an independent tester, just someone with a lot of practical experience. I don't have any dyno sheets to prove loss or gain of torque. But if I experience any performance loss the culprit would be gone in a heartbeat. These are pricey exhaust manifolds but I have yet to see any others that match them in quality and fitment. My son in law is a welding qa inspector and was very impressed when he looked at them prior to their instalation.
I would caution anyone not to believe what "someone told somebody or saw a report by an independent tester," go to a real expert, someone who has installed and uses them on a daily basis.

Installed and used plenty of them. There is a lot more to the story, but I've messed with all the headers, and wouldn't touch pfadt headers.

This doesn't really answer your question...But on a side note, I have no problems whatsoever from my American Racing Headers, 1 7/8" Headers/3" catted X. Also ceramic coated with Swaintech 'White Lightning' coating. I don't know how the price compares really to others...possibly more...? I don't mind paying for a quality product.

My experience is similar. I was a PFADT dealer before they went out of business. I installed a set on my 2011 GS and they fit flawlessly. As for a torque loss... I did not notice any loss however have not done any DYNO sessions to say otherwise. The car runs hard and seems to have plenty of torque to rip the tires loose. So they looked amazing, fit amazing and sound and run amazing. This was before they started to have issues.

Since PFADT sold out, turned their backs on us when they went corporate with aFe and they wanted us to buy in a second time... we could not afford another buy in. It seems as now greed is the driving force behind their products now and no longer the people who got them where they are.

With that said, we now deal with LG who has a track record of not only high quality products but anyone who has had to call them on the phone will contest that their customer service is second to none.

With that said, go LG and never look back!
