Default Bose amplifier question

I have a 2011 ZR1 with the base interior and Satellite radio.
I got a great deal on a Bose Navigation system from a 2012 Vette. Nav unit has the USB and Aux plugs. All the bose speakers were included.
No Bose hater comments please.
I got everything so I am moving forward with this just need some detail help.
I first changed the speakers and kept my stock Sat. radio to test the speakers. all worked fine.
I then swapped the stock non-bose for a Bose amp from a 2008 vette .
I got no sound .
Is it because of the year? do I need a Later year?
Is it because the stock radio is not compatible with the bose system?
Appreciate the help.
Oh! one last thing since I have a Satellite radio does that mean I have the Sat antenna that is located under the dash left of the center dash speaker? I have the radio bezel off and I swear I see what looks like the antenna there in the spot it should be in but its hard to see in there so i'm not sure.

Satellite radio ant on later models is located in the outside rear view mirrors, the antenna that is left of center sounds like an aftermarket GPS ant as that is the same place the factory GPS is mounted

As far as why the Bose Amp does not work .... can't help you

But if the stock amp is working just use it .....
