Burning Brakes
On the C6 forum there is a retired petroleum engineer. Goes by LMB Z, There was a discussion about octane boosters. He would say "NO". Thread was listed as FUEL,FUEL,FUEL. After reading his opinion, you will probably not use any additive like that. Bill

Contact some drag racers in your area. They can tell where to go for some higher octane fuel. If you have a road course near you check with them also.

No one can answer that for you. Depends on your car, goals, needs, etc.
Look at the mixing chart and add enough to get the octane you desire.
If you are not tuned for extra octane, pure waste of money.
Lucas is not one I would run, but there are some excellent octane boosters these days. Torco and VP stuff work great. Following the mixing instructions on them to get the octane you want.

Some sheets and some Fuel Docs and Kangaroo stations sell 100 octane.
I used to race a air cooled VW with high compression. It only liked octane above 95 or so. 93 would spark knock. I added fuel booster trying to get the octane up. I can't say if it did or didn't but it did stop the spark knock.
I do not use it on anything I care about
