If they are aluminum and just polished wheels with possible clear coat they should be able to be sanded and then polished again. If they are chrome you would have to have them repaired by a wheel pro.

We have an older Toyota with silver painted wheels. I was able to use some body filler on the deep cuts on the rim lip and then prep wheels to paint with Dupli Color Wheel Kit. Turn out great. Realize they were not polished wheels, however just giving you an idea on what you might be able to do with polished wheels.
If you do a search in your area there are mobile guys that will come out to do wheel repairs. Try to find one that works on exotics .
PS: I had some very minor nicks and tire install rash on my C5 Z06 polished wheels. I bought a set of the Red Vinyl Rim Savers and it covered them up.
