2005 Steering wheel remove help pls
hi guys trying to take out my 2005 steering wheel, I know about the 4 holes in the back and I how to remove the 06 and up airbag but how do you release the springs on the 05? do I push straight back? is the spring similar to the 06 and up where I have to move it from left to right? help please.

Its a pain but shouldnt take any longer than 5-10 minutes. The key -- when you hit 2 of the springs, do them on the same side. The airbag will slide out just a hair, dont let it slide back in. If I remember, I kept whatever I was using to pop the springs in the hole to hold it and used another tool to help on the other side. It takes a minute but you will see how its done.
