I think a good place to start is with you discribing what model Corvette you own obviously its a C6? What year C6? What engine (LS2/3/7/9)? I know MAF are directional so if they got switched around some how that might be good place to start. Another possible process to do is buy some MAF Sensor cleaner and carefully spray the sensor to clean it off.

Checking to see what code it is throwing would be the first place to start.

I guess the most common problem after a MAF has been reinstalled is an air leak causing unmetered air to enter. Check your connections to make sure they are solid.

A MAF calibrated for the CAI can be a whole other issue.

Also filling out your profile will help minimize these same questions and more, if you post something in the future. Living in Austria may complicate the replies, since not knowing could make suggestions not applicable to your location.
Identifying the brand/model of the CAI is critical to the discussion, since all known ones appear to use the OEM MAF and any calibration, if needed, is done in the tune.

Read the code. That's what it's there for.

Hi Pedro,
We also don't not know how we'll versed you are about these cars. Do you know how to get a code read? Did you have a tuner work on you cars computer? It could also be related to another issue like O2 sensor system
