Default P0171 Code x Halltech Killer Bee

Wondering if anyone has any idea what the fix is for a P0171 code?

The CEL is solid, not flashing. no driveability issues, mileage on Corvette is 40,000 kms, Never had CEL before.
Mods: Haltech Killer Bee Intake w/ Beehive and GHL Race Series Axle-Back exhaust.

Never had it tuned. Ultra 94 octane fuel only. Gas cap is tight.

I installed the Halltech Killer Bee with Beehive in 2009. Never had a problem since then.

Took the Corvette to the dealer today and they asked for the original intake because:

"We scanned the engine, its running lean after 60 km’s. The aftermarket intake isn’t allowing us to get a proper diagnosis as it is changing the readings for the Mass Air Flow sensor. We need the original intake installed to get a proper reading so we can do a proper diagnosis. Do you still have the original intake?"

Is an intake that's been installed for nearly 8 years without a tune really causing an issue at this point.

I was thinking it was a bad O2 sensor.

Any thoughts, anyone?

yeah, makes sense. Usually if you get only one bank lean code without the other bank, signals a component failure like an O2 sensor, exhaust leak on that side, sometimes an intake manifold gasket on that side. But when you see both P0171 and P0174 together, now you have a lean condition the ECM cannot correct with a max of 25% fuel adjustment.
