i HAVE A 07 C6Z. IVE NOTICED SINCE I DID A MOTOR SWAP THAT MY STEERING AT SPEED IS VERY SENSITIVE. A SMALL TURN OF THE CAR SENDS IT FLYING. IVE MESSED AROUND WITH SLIGHTLY TURNING THE WHEEL RIGHTAND LEFT REAL QUICK AND IT WILL KICK IN TRACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS ISSUE AND WHAT YOU DID TO SOLVE IT. I HONESTLY FEEL IF I'M GOING FAST AND HIT A BUMP THE SLIGHTEST MOVEMENT OF THE STEERING MAY CAUSE ME TO LOSE CONTROL.
Great question, i do know we dropped the whole bottom off the car b/c we did a clutch and fuel system. Drives down the road straight but ****, i bet thats it

How did I not think of the simple thing?! ahh, btw ww7, teamster?!! atta boy, my father was a teamster for a local in Orlando for Iron work and my step dad is a a teamster in South Dakota for UPS.

No worries...sometimes its the simple things we lose sight of. These cars can get real twitchy if the alignment is off. Let us know if this turns out to be the issue.
Gear ratio in our 07's steering rack suck anyway. Way too light. Simple things like alignment would exasperate the feel. Believe it or not a swapped in ceramic rotors for the OEM steel ones and the weight difference made the steering feel lighter. Lesson learned on engineering the whole system
Sounds like too much toe-out, it doesn't take much to make the care feel really twitchy especially at freeway speeds. You want 0 toe front, slight toe-in for the rear.
