tore it all out and used solder connectors, with shrink tubing and vulcan fire sleeve around it.. I went and drove it all lights stayed off til i hit a bump in the road.. I came back home and found that when i yanked the ebrake it also trigged the dash lights.. video below.. Looking for ideas now.. Bc i am sure my wiring is good.

I had the same issue after reaching over 5mph it would trigger.
I bought a clone techII and saw 0mph. I also had my wheel bearings grounded following a TSB.
The issue you having has multiple known failure points
Steering wheel position sensor fixed by installing a 2 cent plastic comb to keep the connection.
Sensor at the transmission that can cause problems or interference
EBCM failures
Have you installed the wheel position sensor comb if your car falls in the years that of this recall?

It actually ended being the pigtails at the wheel sensors so removed them and hard wired them and problem gone
