07 headlight lens mist inside
It's possible that one of the rubber boots that covers the headlight bulbs has come loose, or has fallen out.
If one does come loose, you will get moisture inside the assembly, hence some moisture accumulating on the inside of the lenses.
If you check and those boots are in place, then you have the same issue I had with my passenger assembly.
The headlight lens was not glued on properly from the factory, and it was leaking water between the lens and the assembly.
I fixed it by removing the headlight assembly from the car, removing the lens( just pulled off without any problem) and reglued it on with PL construction adhesive. After the adhesive dried (24 hours) I ran a bead of clear silicone seal all around the assembly where the lens met the assembly, let that dry, then put the gasket back on and put the assembly back on the car.
Never had any moisture issues again.
The only time you should get a fog inside the lens is from a temperature inversion (hot-cold or cold to hot)
It's not normal to get a moisture build up inside the lenses.
Good Luck
Here is the flap and the rubber boots
