Sunday I learned the hard way that the car will run fine with only 1 O2 sensor.
I have a wide band with narrow band simulation in the left bank. Sunday my AFR gauge was acting up. Eventually the CEL came on but the car ran fine.
Turns out my buddy who was with me must have stretched out(big guy) put pressure on my WB O2 controller under the floor board where the Audio amp is. Plugged everything back in and the WB started working again.
I always wondered if I would be SOL if the WB ever failed on me. Now I know.
Car will run fine. Remember, the O2 sensor just senses how much exhaust is coming out of the engine. In theory, one the exhaust stage of an engine cycle is complete, there is no more issues with the functionality (if that makes sense). Unless you are running turbos or have a clogged cat, performance shouldnt be an issue.

yes a CEL will set but the ECM is pretty adaptable. It will just revert to fixed fueling.
