2007 LS2, what is the most recommended aftermarket exhaust both for sound and performance?

Sound and DRONE are subjective ,

What sounds good to one person might not sound good to another , Utube video clips are useless and unless you can hear a set in person I would not buy anything

Drone ... now that is a really touchy subject ....and you think it will be ok but after awhile that gets old real fast . Some people say their mufflers don't drone ... others say the exact set drones like heck and they cant stand it

Then they spend money on soundproofing the car which only makes the car heavier and reduces the drone only minimally

The only solution for me was NPP or BIMODE mufflers and a NPP in a BOX

Now I can press a button and my car sounds like SATAN trying to get out of the gates from hell ( I have headers also lol ) or ......

Press the button again and it sounds just a TAD louder than stock mufflers

The best of both worlds ... cruising around the streets , I have them open , when on a trip , I have them closed ...

I don't have headers and cam yet but boy it's coming. That said I had a Corsa Xtreme exhaust which I liked a lot. They say they have no drone but you can hear it burp. Now it my not be like pop or like popcorn but it does. That's not why I got rid of it but since I'm doing headers and cam I would like to be neighbor friendly and not just loud all the time. So I went with the NPP and got a set with the muffler mod. So I can open them as soon as I turn out the neighborhood but and close it on the way in. But also if I have a date or woman I can close it and it's very very very quiet now.

Having had a 97 TA with Borla exhaust I knew Drone was something I didn't want. So Corsa Sports are what I went with.
