Remove driver side inside door panel
After having some work done at my dealer I noticed the driver side speaker grill was pushed in. Mechanic probably hit it with his knee. How can I take off the panel to push out the grill?

I would personally just fit a small 90 deg pick into the holes and pull it out but here is a PDF with instructions on removal as requested.
