Selling my vette tomorrow. Guy is flying in from CA to get it and drive it back.
I cranked fit up and ran perfect. Pull car on the garage and took nitrous kit and lnc 2000 off. Now car will crank then die... I checked all harness connections and everything is fine. Can't figure it out. Any help???

Yeah I shoulda have let it go with the car. He said he didn't need it so I figured I'd take it off and list it on eBay or something.
The linginfelter lnc is basically a timing retard box along with a launch control. It pulls timing when the nitrous sprays.
I thought when I took the battery out, it may have put it in an anti theft mode. I put a new battery in becaus eit acted like the other one was weak. Still nothing. Checked for vacuum lines and plugs that may have come loose when I took the nitrous kit off,, nothing there either. It will crank, then die ......
I tried reinstalling the lnc box. Plugs on each side of fuel rail... does the same thing. There has to be something I accidentally caught and came unplugged
Can't get it to pull any. I pressed reset then held down the option button and hit gas four times within ten seconds.
Is that the correct way to pull the codes?

Yes for codes, you need a code reader...a local Harbor Freight cost around $60 may be the quickest and cheapest reader.
Still may not help diagnose or be in time for your buyers arrival, but it is required to go further by internet assistance from your forum co-members.
Crank and no start, originally removed parts re-installed.
Check for fuel.
Check for spark.
Those would be the next steps.
I don't think the OEM security system is stopping the car from starting.
My new best guess is what the OP wrote, "...caught..come unplugged".
I would guess this is a fuel issue based on these aftermarket parts.
But that Linginfelter timing contraption seems like it "messes" with the on board computers and electrical over all.
I don't think the OEM security system is stopping the car from starting...although you could check that the FOBs are unlocking the doors when you approach.
I hope you have a service manual as it is a workday and you may be on your own the rest of the day....good luck again.
Took it to dealership. They said the mass airflow is fried....... not exactly sure how that happened being it ran 100% perfect, then removed the nitrous and LNC2000.. but-- it is what it is,.. lessened learned.
