Wheel Fitment
Looking for some ideas for rear wheel fitment on a base car? where are the differences between base and z other then the obvious 1", is it in the offset? Does it set outboard or in tighter to the wheel well?
I am looking to compete in hard tire no prep series next season and we have to run a minimum 200 tread wear rating, in doing research it appears to have more options in the z06 fitment. Also there seems to be a more plentiful supply of used weld wheels in the for sites on facebook for the z size.
So would it be as simple as bolting on and protruding out of the fender farther with the z wheel or is there more to it.
Any tips on wheel fitment would be appreciated
