Could end up with rf noise feed back into the system from the coils with that plug back to the ecm; ending up with the alternator not charging correctly instead.

If you looking for a colder plug for the LS-2, then you want the OEM plugs for the LS-9, hence AC Delco 41-104. They have the same resistances as the LS-2's ac delco 41-110, so you don't end up with the FR noise in the system.

Also to point out, changing to spark plug wires will less resistance that the OEM plugs can end up with the same RF noise back to the ECM, causing the alternator to not charge correctly as well.

Ok, I know wires will do that some times. Never had problems with plugs.
