The best way is to take a ruler and measure it out yourself since every car and wheel combo is going to be slightly different. As far as studs go, anything more than a 1/4" spacer and youre probably going to want new studs to get enough thread engagement- ARP makes longer studs for our cars; they come in packs of 5
youll likely need open end lug nuts if you do go with the longer studs. The thread for the lugs is m12 x 1.5
FYI, when you go to put the longer studs in, you will need to remove the hub assemblies. A real bitch because you have a torx steel fastener in an aluminum steering knuckle.
I put new SKF racing bearing in when I saw how much work the longer studs were t install. I don't run spacers, but I like long studs with open nuts.

Been down this road with '11 GS and after trying different thickness I found the best look is 20mm I know will sound way too much but result is amazing no rubing even with 1 1/2 inch lower and passenger on a graded angle driveway.
I did take the hand grinder to the rear wells leaps and left them a 1/4 thick fronts already come ready.
The section width sticks out about 1/4 inch but the patch will be inside and never robs even on hard departures.
Now that's using 325 mm wide rear tires if you go 345 then need to use 12mm thick rear spacers and will match the front perfect.
I use spacers as oppose to adapters asked a one inch hole in between studs for weight reduction, used 1/2 inch longer studs and below log nuts these are steel and prety strong but light to offset longer stud weight.

Just a heads up - be careful going too wide without properly measuring as mentioned above. Sometimes cars have slightly "off" offset from factory. On my car, I have about 1/4" offset difference. The alignment is set the same damn GM QC.
