Default Something Missing

Last year traveling back on an interstate at night I hit a fresh road kill, dead deer, lying in the road... Yuck. It was dark and there was no missing it. While it felt like I hit a speed bump doing 75 mph I was most concerned about my carbon fiber splitter and chin spoiler... Fortunatly they held up well... and there appeared to be no damage.

What I noticed in subsequence weeks was at higher speeds the front end of the car wants to lift and starts to dance like a high school girl at the prom.

Fall came, life got busy and I put it away for the winter.

I was working in the garage this weekend and took a look under the car.
CLEARLY I am missing something under this car...
See the photos:
The passenger side lower inner fender well (Photo 2) has a large gaping open area and I am missing three bolts that holds this to the floor pans. The driver side (photo 1) is solid and shaped differently.

Anyone have a clue or a GM Parts diagram that would show what bolts onto this inner fender well under the car to seal this up?
Seems to me this would certainly cause the instability that I am experiencing at speeds.

Appreciate any knowledge you may have...

The passenger side is shaped differently on my C6 Z06 because that's where the large oil lines run to and from the oil reservoir. I think it looks just like yours but I can go out and check in a few minutes.

I'd be inspecting suspension. Sway bar cracked, busted end links, mounts, any cracks in leaf spring, A-arm mounts/bushings, ball joints, etc.

You might have an alignment issue as well if you hit something at a high rate of speed.
