yeah i was really confused by it as well. i assumed it was something worse. when the stealership had it, they said it was missing clips on the radiator cover thing which was causing the issue. they fixed a small oil leak and the clips were the only thing on the bill. didnt have an issue again, until i swapped intakes which moved the maf further forward, and it started happening again. went back to oem intake until it went for heads and tune. the performance shop said essentially the same thing with the new intake caused the issue the second time. the tune adjusted for the new location i guess
I had a series of SAH/TCS warnings but also the 'Press Brake to Start Engine' warning first thing. I figured the 2 might be related, so I eventually found the brake pressure sensor, which is on the EBCM on front of the engine*, and made sure it was secure. Haven't had either warning in the 3000 miles since. I think the major service items should include an item like 'unplug, clean, and replug 3x all sensor connectors'

This is still happening. GRRRR! Completely at random times. Frustrating to say the least. Things I've done thus far:
Raised vehicle, disconnected/reconnected all wheel sensors. (Still happening)
Complete brake job. Torqued wheel hubs. Discon/Recon all sensors again (Still happening)
Removed & reinstalled plug wires (none were loose, still happening)
Looked around MAF area. No noticeable missing clips (still happening)
Kind of stuck now. Not sure what else to try. I REALLY want to avoid the dealership since they are a band of criminals...and they won't care about my car. Any other ideas?

You have to pull the codes (they're in there) with a reader that can see the EBCM (like a Tech 2). It's worth owning a clone if you intend to keep the car, and you can buy one for the cost of one dealer visit. Everything else is throwing darts.
That said, here's another dart: next time it happens, check if the brake lights are working properly. If not, it could be the signal from the BPPS being interrupted by a bad connection at the BCM. The fix is to go into the passenger footwell, unplug the two big blue connectors, and douse them in contact cleaner.
