Hi I'm looking for a wideband and these are the two I've been thinking about getting I'm leaning towards Aem anyone with experience with either or both?

AEM X Series wideband or NGK AFX2.

NGK AFX2. The big deal is what sensor is used for wideband. Bosch sensors do not last as long as NGK's do. This is not only my own personal opinion having had the AEM when boosted and hearing a well known tuner in the Honda community call them "crap". Mine also did actually crap out on dyno, but he had new ones on hand. I switched to NGK when I went to school in AZ learning to tune cars. The instructors basically made this a black and white statement; go NGK or get the hell outta my class. Make sure you get a setup that uses... NGK / NTK Wideband O2 Sensor ( UEGO ). It'll save you money in long term.
