Took my C6 GS out to the track last week and before a left I ran a hot lap. Right at the finish line the car felt like it lost some power on the top in. Now, my check engine light is on and it saying that I have an open circuit on my 5th injector along with some misfiring. I pulled the injectors this weekend and conducted and resistance test and powered up the injector to see if it was clogged. Both tests came back fine. I pulled the valve cover to check the rocker arms because there is tapping coming from the same driver side. I visually didn't see anything broken or loose. So my thoughts now is I think that it's a lifter. Has anyone had this problem? If it is a lifter, I just want to wait until I do a cam upgrade and pull the heads during that same time any one please provide your thoughts.

1 7/8 long tube headers
A/A supercharger
Methanol Injection
