Can you confirm 1) part number for a ZR1 replacement and 2) Assuming it applies to Canadians, how do you ship? if UPS I'm out, they rip us off. thanks. For the record, had it my Z06/C6 - no issues love it, but just moved up to a ZR1.

thanks for offering.

For the same airflow, does the SP471 kit draw less power than a stock fan from a '08 Z06?

It would be less amperage draw because the brushes drag when loaded. That's the main reason brushless fans are better because when the fan is loaded (restricted) the fan does not slow down as much as the brush type.

EOC port on radiator is 3/4-16 o'ring and you can use the stock QD fitting or AN as shown left. TOC has the stock GM quick connect.

I don't see anything for Z-51 after 2006. I have manual with external oil cooler and what I assume is internal transmission cooler.

That's right, 05-06 Z 51 had both EOC and TOC (1139105B) and then in 2007 they dropped the radiator EOC and went to the air type, making the model 1139105A..

What do you have in mind? If you are asking if DeWitts has them, they do.
C6 Fan kit

Is there any serious temperature drop going with EOC? I recently upgraded my Z-51 oil cooler with a Z06 oil cooler. It delays the high temps and cool down is much quicker but still hitting high 270 low 280 oil temps during track days. This is in roughly 100 degree temps. located in Phoenix, AZ. Thanks for your help.

I'm interested. 06 z06 but would like to run the intigrated EOC. How well does it work compared to the factory air eoc?

I can probably kill two for one (#15 & 16) with the same reply.
DeWitts EOC is 7 plates, more than twice the stock internal unit. So it works real well and it is compact. Keep in mind, all the heat goes back into the coolant.so you may run a little warmer than without one. The external ones work well too, they don't add to the coolant temps, and you are not limited in size like we are with an internal type. I've been told (mostly on the CF) that the externals work better but I have no direct experiences to share. I guess if your car had no EOC and you wanted to add one, both would reduce your oil temps. If you had a factory air type (Z06 or Z51 2007 and higher) I would probably just stick with it. Some people add heat exchangers out front and want to get rid of the external air EOC and that would probably be the only reason I would switch from the air/oil to a water/oil.

Here is what you don't see when looking at a DeWitts radiator. C6 models get high performance 7 plate EOC and TOC where applicable
