I don't know why some people get themselves so locked into dyno numbers when they talk about performance mods. If all it took was big dyno numbers to get the best times at the track, the performance list would look a whole lot different than it is. Don't forget that tuners and sellers of performance parts have a real incentive ($$$) to make their work as attractive as possible by whatever means they have at their disposal, which includes tricks to make the dyno numbers bigger than reality.
As I have the fastest stock head stock cam M6 car on the site with a 10.58@131MPH I will say I am swapping to a mid length runner fast and NW102 looking for power over the curve so I can effectively pull gears at 7000 - 7100 RPM and will be looking for 10.3x@133-135MPH. The car already trapped 132 this past april. Some people say 10HP isnt worth the money. To me its worth every penny as I have yet to maximize my Bolt on set up. I am still utilizing the factory cold air intake with a home made ram air set up that sees a sustained 99-101KPA in a pass. I do have the big no no in rocker arms on my car and a crank scraper. So I care less that I can not be on a bolt on list lol My dyno numbers are 453SAE or 468STD use which ever makes you happy for my car As far as header choice I went with the Hooker Tri Y which are 2"x2 1/4"x3" and they work very well. Not sure I would consider anything less then 1 7/8 for a good bolt on car that sees the drag strip. You only pass through the lower RPMs briefly and thats the only benefit of 1 3/4" headers. Gear would be the next best mod with a proper stall OP and a tune. Good Luck and Have FUN

Sir you are an out ******* standing forum member to follow all those rules lol your car has .40 left in it
Probably a whole lot more than just.40 (blower, cam, heads, etc), but I drive it all over the USA and desire a higher degree of reliability without the additional maintenance requirements.
BTW, I hope you changed valve springs when you changed the rockers, since the stock springs don't live long above 7000 RPM even with stock rockers.

Come on man, do you think a guy with as much attention to detail as me would not swap springs. Since the LS6/LS3 springs are good for .570 I am using PSI1511s and then Titanium Retainers just so I could spin it. BTW that reduced the weight off the valvetrain by a pound. It has seen 7900 between no lift shifts with the 5.5" clutch lol The RPS doesn't zing past the 7400RPM limiter though. I have put 16+ thousand miles on it last year and ran it a few times. All is well in the ole girl. Hopefully with the new mods you will make it into the 9s that will be good stuff. I want to get there cam only myself.
