The 12673475 is the replacement for the 12623967. I see the 12673475 at $1900, but can't find pricing on the other.
Don't quote me on this, but I believe the --67 block was the LS3 in '08 only and the --75 block was '09-'13. I vaguely remember when the '09's were introduced that the LS3 block got some of the updates/changes that were used on the ZR1 block. The stiffening webs was one that comes to mind. BTW, the Summit site shows the --67 block as NLA.
Yeah I’ve found the -67 for $1700 in a few places. But I think you’re right about the webbing. There seems to have been a couple revisions from what I’ve found and all leads back to strengthening. So in the end $200 is cheap insurance.

The ZR1 block has more finishing, steel main caps, oil squirters, and no capability for valve management. The Caddy LSA block has the oil squirters and iron main caps, no valve management, but otherwise seems similar to the ZR1.
I suspect the '09+ LS3 blocks used the same casting, but added the valve management popups. That's a simple way to utilize a casting mold rather than having two whole separate molds. The LS3 block main caps are forged powdered metal in keeping with the same material used with the cracked rod technology on the connecting rods.
