Cooling fan does not shut off
I took a drive yesterday and when I parked cooling fan was still running after about 10 minutes. I checked once and temp was 217, after a little while maybe 20 minutes checked again temp was at 195. no reason fan should still be running with everything shut off, but the only way I could get it to stop was pull fuse. Put fuse in to drive home and when I got in garage fan keep running till I pulled fuse again. What could cause this?

Pull the connector on the PWM, and see if the PWM pins are burnt.
Hence fan running for a few mins after your shut the car down is normal, but should time out pretty quickly at that.
So my guess is that the PWM has burnt up, and what is keeping the fan running isntead.
The PWM is the lower right silver box,
and you don't want to see this,
