I have a small issue : The passenger side visor plastic flip up lid that exposes the mirror has a broken hinge so it hangs down on my 2006 Vert, I can't glue it because the plastic lid would be frozen. There must be a small light wire behind it that lights up the vanity lights. Has anyone run into this and fixed it? Where can I get a replacement visor? Hard to replace?
You can purchase new lid on ebay, around $40.00. Not the easiest to replace. Go to the How To section of the forum and there are videos for this procedure. There is only 1 wire and it goes up through the stalk.

the install is very easy once you figure it out , u put a flat blade screw driver in the plastic mount on the header and spin the visor and the screw driver as a whole unit towards the door glass making sure the mount spun with the visor, then pull down and the wire for the light just unplugs . even if you break the old mount , the new visor comes with the mount , you plug the light back in , put the mount up in the hole in the header lined up with the window and spin it back towards the windshield
