Looking for some help...

Long story short...car started to idle really rough. Tried getting it home. Lost power steering and car started to overheat so I pulled over and had it towed. There is a bolt on the supercharger bracket that backed itself out into the idler pulley causing it to lock up and throw the belt. New pulley, new bearing, and new belt installed. Start up the car and it doesn’t want to stay running. When it does run, it’s very rich. Anyone know what I could be missing, could cause this, or have been through this?? Thanks in advance.
