DIY Alignment Tool Kits- need to pull the trigger soon
Anyone use that one or can reference something I have yet to find?
Thanks
just be aware, the rubber in our suspensions allows the adjustments to move around a lot. I took mine in earlier this year for an alignment, not 200 miles later it's out again, and just gentle driving on city streets.
Yes I made my own camber setup with some standoffs I machined and attached to a precision extruded bar. I also made some simple toe plates and use 2 measuring tapes, and also use 2 pieces of lexan with some grease between them and a digital angle finder to turn the wheels and measure camber change and then back out the caster. So I know how to do it and have built all the tools for it, but they are kind of crude. I will probably just fabricate/machine a new setup that is easier and faster to use.
I really like the ones offered that bolt to the hub but they are expensive. I am also eye balling the ones that entirely clamp onto the rim and are highly adjustable.
