Lately I've been thinking about installing roller rockers. I love doing mods that improve efficiency over stock components. I've been looking at the Comp cams Gold line.
Things I know:
Will require valve cover spacers. (how much space?)
Stock ratio is ~1.7 the comp have a 1.7 and a 1.8 (any reason complication with the 1.8 over the 1.7?)
Spacers worked ok with the old model of those rockers but I don't think will with the new model as they are much bigger. I run them with Holley tall valve covers and they fit fine.
1.8 will give the effect of a slightly bigger cam and in theory, a small bump in power.
