2011 ZR1,I installed a 2012 Nav. unit andit works fine minor issue is when I enter a destination it brings me within a block or so but not exactly to the entered address ?
FWIW, try the recalibration option in the NAV menu.
Question, is the NAV off by a block on all addresses you enter?
Maybe it is just a "fluke" to a particular address?

I think he means that the lady tells him that his destination is ahead on the left or right, which he may be about a block away. That is the way my has worked in my 2 vettes and watch the HUD and when i reach the address it will beep.
This is typical. Including Google Maps today on your phone has some of the same issues. I used to work for a GIS mapping company and Google doesn't have the exact longitude and latitude of addresses unless users tag a location and allow Google to store the info. So, for all navigation systems that are loaded from a DVD are even worse as the program loaded is only using approximate locations not "exact" locations.
I have a Kenwood stereo with a built in Garmin Navigation. It does a much better job than the factory navigation system, but if you want really accurate navigation information, try using the WAZE app, which give you three different routes and lets you know how long each will take and has traffic information such as accidents, construction and cops. It is updated constantly as you drive.
