High oil temp with low coolant temp??

High oil temp with low coolant temp??
Tried doing a little digging but not really getting a good answer. My stock 07 base A6 just recently hit 106k miles and is seeing oil temp around 225-235 in the city, but coolant temp stays around 205-210. How??
I was thinking to do a radiator/coolant flush, but I feel as if the coolant temp is working fine. It’s just my oil temp rising high with moderate city driving/traffic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

^^^^oil temps are almost always more than the coolant.
