Default PS Cooler line leak

Not sure which side of the hose is leaking, but the repair will include both ends of the hose.

What is used to repair this section? Can I replace the factory compression clamps with simple screw type hose clamps? Why type of replacement hose should be used?

Stock photo. I notice a small dab that was in the drip position right at the bend on the metal. Lower left of photo.

Why not. I believe the hose is 11/32’s high pressure hydraulic. You could also take it to NAPA and they will determine the correct size.

If you live near St Paul MN, I have those clamps and the tool to install them.

Nine times out of ten both of those hoses are okay and it's actually the pressure hose that's leaking. That's the one that goes from the pump to the rack. I would make sure to check it.

For whatever it's worth, a new factory cooler comes with hoses installed for around $140.
