Default Oil temp

I have a c6 z06 that I had out in nice 70 degree weather in Oregon. Was driving around town for about an hour. I checked her vitals. Oil pressure was 35 to 53. Water temp was 190 to 209 and oil temp was up to 192. Just cheching in to see if these were good numbers. Thanks guys

Oil temp should be above 210 when the engine is fully warned up. Since water is heavier than oil, condensation in the crankcase, which happens when the engine cools, will sink to the bottom of the oil pan. Only way to remove this water from condensation is to boil it off by having oil temp above 200 degrees, or drain the oil. Then the water vapor is sucked out via PVC. This is one of the big reasons that driving car only short distances is bad for the engine because the water from condensation had no where to go unless engine oil gets hot enough to evaporate the water.
