Default C6 starting issues please help

I have a 2005 c6 corvette. And it runs fine idles fine no weird noises. But last Saturday we were doing some highway pulls and it was fine. Then on the last pull my rpm and mph needles started going up and down and the car turned off white we were on a roll. So I parked it then turned it on 10 min later. And everything was fine. Ran fine and everything. But these past few days I push the start button and then it just clicks once. Then I wait a little and push it again and it start up just fine. Then also it turned off on me again this morning on my way to work. Waited about 30 sec and it turn right back on. What could it be? I’ve been seeing maybe the ignition switch?

check your battery connection and your starter connections, the same thing happened to my 09 Z, aggravating but pretty straight forward fix for me.

Just Having this problem in the last three weeks, had my 05 for 14 years never had a problem. it cranks runs for a short distance engine light comes on then it shuts off.
I have a friend at a shop that says the code says its the BCM, not communicating with the ECM, and it needs to be reprogramed. I wait for the engine light to turn off and crank
it and drive for a little longer and it shuts down again, and it seems as though the shutting down time becomes shorter and finally having to wait a while for it to start again.
