Default Tremec 6 speed ID?

While installing headers I noticed this isn't an OEM 6 speed my 05 Z51. Someone before me changed it out.
Giveaway is the trans temp sensor below CAGS. As far as I know 2005 didn't have that.
No metal ID tag either.
Here is sticker on top of trans...
TUET 4093
TREMEC
61DMD T004352*
Any ideas what year of Corvette this 6 speed was out of and the gear ratios?
Thanks!

If your gearbox was original equipment in your car or somebody else's C6, the last 9 digits of the VIN should be engraved on the case.

Look for the orange Dexron III sticker. Above that is the filler plug. In the recess above that is the Tremec logo. In the recess above that is some sort of raised casting number. The engraved number should be directly above the raised number, within the same recess.

TUET4093 is in fact for 2005 Z51 T56. All Z51 cars came with the temp sensor. Hope that helps.

torquetube is correct that the last 9 of your VIN should be engraved on the main case.

My DIC doesn't have trans temp in options and there is no pigtail connection on the trans temp sensor. So that is normal from factory on my 2005 Z51?

I've never seen one without the harness plugged in when there is a sensor........

It appears pigtail connector was zip tied at some point to sensor. I will look on top of trans at wiring harness. Hope its still there.

Ok guys there is absolutely no pigtail from harness to plug into trans temp sensor. And it appears the metal ID tag I found and top of trans sticker verifies it’s an OEM gearbox.
Ideas why I have the sensor but no connector?
