C6 Hood latches adjustable?

Default C6 Hood latches adjustable?
Are the C6 Corvette hood latches on the rear of the fenders adjustable? I am not having any luck with adjustments on the hood hinges. Back of the hood on passenger side is slitting to high.

There are rubber bumpers on the underside of the hood itself, screw them in to lower the hoods height, and unscrew them to raise the hoods height.

Yes, just loosen the 3 mounting bolts and move them.
