I went to detail the interior of my 2005 Convertible and found the carpet on the driver's side wet. I am afraid my top must be leaking. The top appears to be in perfect condition with no rips or tears in it. Any suggestions on what I should do for a leaking top and what I should do to clean and dry the carpet? Thanks for the help!

Don't assume the leak is from the top. Could be that the A/C drain is clogged & backs up into the passenger area.

Ok thank you. Any idea where I find that drain or isn't there drains for the water that runs off the top? I saw videos on C5 for the drains but can't find any videos for the C6. Thank you.

I'll let other address the water leak.
Carpet...lift it so the padding dries and the floor panel is dried.
It could also be prudent to remove the seat....maybe depending on how wet the carper is.
Air dry is fine, you can speed it up with a low temp heater.
Good luck.

Did so more thorough checking its just the driver's side that is wet passenger side is dry that's why I am assuming its an issue with the top leaking.

See part 27, A/C Evaporator Tube (p/n 10268285). It is on the engine side of the firewall, driver's side. I believe this is the drain tube & if blocked, would backflow into the driver's footwell.
