Sorry to hear that !!...if a shop can’t figure out a starting issue after 3 weeks I’d take the car elsewhere !!

What do you mean by "will not start"? Does the engine crank but not start; does the engine not crank at all? If the latter you might check the clutch pedal interlock switch....clutch needs to be fully depressed for engine to crank on an MN6.
