I have a c6 full bolt ons it’s running hot when my ac is on but as soon as I can turn goes back down I replaced radiator with high performance aluminum one but still runs hot . I do live In Arizona with 100-120 degree weather in summer . What can the problem be ? Can it be that I need to replace the fans to some aftermarket ones ?

Are your fans actually coming on? There is an issue with the C6 where the fan connector can melt and make the fans not operate. I would check that first then maybe take it somewhere that can do a coolant flush with a pump to make sure you dont have an air pocket in the coolant system. These cars can be difficult to purge all the air out of the coolant system. What kind of temp are you talking about when you say hot?

C6 has only one fan....BTW OP how hot is your vette running that would help if us guys knew some more info.
