Default Torque to spec

Going through a clutch swap without a service manual (need to get one I know). Could anyone give me the info on what to torque the nuts that hold the rear cradle to the frame to? Also, perhaps what to torque the rear upper control arm bolts and rear shock bolts too? I'd appreciate it!

Thanks!
