Many great options.

Not sure what you're going to be doing with the car longer term. I opted for LG's Street Series thinking at the time bolt-ons were it for me. Now Running HCI setup with street friendly cam making 501 WHP / 476 WTQ with those same LG Street Series. Car is an '05 M6.

There's quite a few threads on the 1 3/4" primaries making a little more torque at the compromise of a few hp up top. Have seen mention of being preferred for LS2 NA builds. Think for FI 1 7/8" is mostly preferred with LS2.

Here's a few threads that might help if contemplating Street Series:

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-headers.html

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-485-rwhp.html

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-kooks-ar.html

Personal build summary (note: running the high flow cats with headers):
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...no-sheets.html

IMO, the LG street series are a good value. Great fit too!!

Hope this helps. Just another option.

Just put mine on a dyno yesterday and it made 451 peak. I don't know if mine had any head work done.

If that's stock LS2 SAE numbers that's good power. If you like the shop, would make it a point to keep using same dyno going forward now that you have a baseline.

It is a LS-3, 2009. I am pretty happy with it, if I want more power will probably go with nitrous. The guy at the shop loves nitrous.

Yeah, thought it sounded like LS3 power. LS3 has better heads / intake in addition to the displacement difference. Headers / cam yield good ROI for LS3.

The guy is a really cool guy. He told me the tune looked good and didn't pay to mess with it. Heck he even let me drive on the dyno. Didn't think he would let that happen. He talked me through it, kind of weird sitting in it while it is pulling like that but not moving. My brother is a Porsche guy and it in between cars right now. If his next one beats my car I will get nitrous for it.

So when you put long tubes on, do you typically add an X Pipe with the High Flow Cats or can the headers include the high-flow cat? My 2012 has 4 Cats, would I be able to run with 2 high-flows as long as the car is tuned if/when it throws a code? I do have emissions every other year.

Read some articles on replacing Cats have to be documented for Federal regulations, but have seen tons of videos of people doing the install themselves... so I am guessing that article may be a bit off base.

Need to check the emissions laws in your state before any purchase. In MI we don’t have any tests or inspections, so headers and off road(no cats) x pipe is cool.

I had TSP headers on my last C6 and wouldn't think twice to purchase them again.

Biggest thing to figure out is whether they do a sniffer test or just plug into the OBDII.

I am pretty sure, and just looked over the the State Emission requirements and it states testing personnel use the ODBII to test emissions on vehicles 1996 and newer. So I could manage with just two high-flow cats, I am guessing? I have read people have been failed on their safety inspection, if they didn't have a Cat and the car had one originally. So guess as long as there is the HFC with O2 sensor and any codes removed via a tune it would be doable.
Are they typically a separate component to the header? Looking at some it looks like they have a place in the headers themselves at the end with a plug to install the sensor unless that is in addition to the other Cat. I believe only one of the stock cats have a sensor in them.

It sounds like you'll be fine with a catted header system. Our headers have an 02 bung on the header and an 02 bung after the cats on the x pipe section.
