Long tube header from LG, Kooks, ARH, Stainless works are all excellent. I prefer Kooks. Skip any kind of aftermarket intake; waste of money. Your GS/Z06 style intake is excellent. Get a shroud for it.
Exhaust won't add any power but will affect the sound. Personally, I like the sound of my Kooks longtubes with catted x-pipe going to my factory NPP exhaust with a Mild to Wild switch.
A good dyno tune from a reputable shop. You will have to search for who is around in your area
As for a cam, so many options out there. You just have to define your goals. If you have an auto trans, that will limit your options unless you are willing to go with a higher stall torque converter.
My personal setup is an Edelbrock E-force with a 3.5" pulley, Kooks long tubes through the NPP exhaust, Monster LT1-S twin disc clutch, factory cam. 520 wheel hp and 520 wheel tq. I will eventually go with a larger cam and injectors to get to 600 wheel hp.
What is your approx. performance mod budget? Do you plan to do any high performance driving events with the car, e.g, high performance driver education (HPDE), drag racing, auto-cross, etc.?
If you don't want to change the engine internals, then a supercharger like the Edelbrock E-force is a good option with supporting bolt-on's like headers. If ok, then you could do a cam with headers.
Good luck and enjoy the C6 Grand Sport. I have a 2013 GS. Awesome car.
