Default 500whp na?

Alright guys i bought a 09 A6 LS3 C6 about a month ago and i love it (for now stock gets boring after a minute) i know the the ls motors and stuff but you can never stop learning. (Im also 21 dont bash me im young first time posting here in the forums) ive been doing research and it seems like 500whp on the ls3 is actually common but i wanted info from anyone that knows way more any info would help.

Parts will be S/E 1 7/8 headers, (heard good things about them always ran TSP but gave them a try since cheap and heard fitment is better than TSP) Vararam CAI, Ported Heads, F-35 CAM (TSP 235-248 Cam i believe) FIC 850 injectors and DSX Flex for E, Stall i dont know what would be a good stall since it will be driven often basically daily. Heard a 3200 would be good. But? Drags, LS7 lifters, Tru cool 40k, MSD wires, TR6S. And a good tune. Will be mainly Roll Racing. no strip.

And thats about it for now wanna keep it N/A for now. (Maybe) here are some questions.. 500whp?, heard the tranny is good but will it hold? Rear end? DS? Gears?, read stock fuel pump is fine till 600hp. Size stall? Any info will help thanks.

man first off congrats on your car especially since your just 21 and all your questions are actually great questions so with that being said lets be honest here I think going to the strip would be a lot more fun and safer for you but I get it racing is American as baseball and buttkicking lol anyway there are many ways to achieve your goal its rather easy.... first where or what part of the country do you live in? is this your daily? are you ready for the "vette tax" lol and are you ready for any tickets? lol jk jk anyway you can get 500rwhp with a nasty rowdy cam and E85 but will need a good stall or it will push thru the brakes or you could do a mild cam and a set of mildly ported heads or just add juice or a supercharger all is the best ways to achieve your goals and of course you will need supporting mods such as exhaust injectors and upgraded fuel delivery but the absolute main thing is your TUNE get a good solid known Tuner not a hand held version but regardless good luck and enjoy

bahaha thanks man i get that a lot about my age! I live in the US, Tx to be exact so laws on cars are not that strict and if they are we can go around them haha it will be my daily i guess you can say and i will be going to a good tuner will be dyno

Well I don't know what can be pushed to, but my 2009 has a cam, headers, intake and tune and puts 450 to the wheels. The tuner said the tune is as hard as he wants to push it with those mods. It is pulling a little bit of timing right near redline.

anyway I believe he(Shane Hinds) was at or over 500rwhp with just that set up hes moved on to a Cadillac CTS-V now

hell with a good cam alone should get you close to 500rwhp add a set of heads and its easy peazzzy

well for you my friend your in H-town you have many great choices to choose from but if I were you and its your daily and it really depends on this...….do you care about gas mileage and can you tolerate rowdiness? just realistically up to you? I drove my WS6 for 10 years with a RPM5 cam same as MS4 with a Yank 4k stall as my DD love that car and it never failed me sure the gas mileage sucked but I enjoyed my acr and on the HWY it wasn't that bad lol
