Question about front sway bar install

Question about front sway bar install
Going to install today. I'm left with 1 question after checking the internet for installation tips.
It seems i snug bolts of the front bar to car while Weight is off the suspension then torque everything down after putting the weight back on the suspension or before?
I see installs do it both ways. Not sure which is right.

That's all good. I completely removed end links and installed those on new sway bar then installed as one unit, tightened everything while car was in air. End links will look a little weird until your down on the ground and everything will relax into place. Take it for a spin and enjoy.
