Corvette wheel locks..lost key?
Went to remove a wheel and found out I have lost my key
Can anyone tell me if this is a GM lock and if they came stock on all Vettes ?
They are 5 spline and are not evenly spaced.
Thanks!

Bang a socket over it and twist it off.

you can also grab some irwin nut extractors.....
i lost the key for my oem "perfectly round" locks and the nut extractors did nothing... i eventually found the key, but it would have been a total nightmare if i hadn't..
something like this....
edit: looks like they were mcgard locks....

A locking lug nut removal tool is available on Ebay or Amazon for about $15. Your favorite tire shop probably has one.
As already mentioned a socket can often be hammered on.

I had to do this...just banged a socket on it and got it off. Total pain in the *** so I decided to go with regular ones after that.

Ended up taking it by the dealer and they removed them for $50, better than me messing the wheels up trying to remove them.
Thanks!
