Default Need Help: Fast 102 on LS2

On the left side of the 102 upper near the TB opening is a hole to mount one of the snap fit hard plastic EGR lines. The male tube is formed on the stock LS2. Is a tube fitting supposed to be included with the Fast 102 for EGR application?

Yes. The piece can be ordered from Fast, but should have come with your unit. I had to replace mine once already from breaking.

You have to call support at fast. The part is a vacuum port for the LS2 Fast102. They will know exactly what you are talking about. I believe it was around $25 shipped. Good luck. Sorry I didn’t still have the part number.

Thanks for the info, I'll call tomorrow (if they aren't shuttered from covid). I might put a WTB on the forum to see if someone who doesn't use that port has one laying around.

No intentions of thread jacking here but does anyone make a plug for this? I have mine capped off with a vacuum plug but they wear out and eventually crack.

Hmm interesting, not sure how you would plug it securely, thinking 2-stage epoxy, but that's permanent!

Why can't you remove the nipple assembly, make a plate a use a gasket?

I can work on a car, but fabricating a part is definitely above my skill level

I don't think they are shut down right now but if they are give me a call and I'll pull one off my display.

Guess what I found? The small package was stuffed inside one of the intake runners. Oh well, maybe I can pay it forward if someone needs one down the road (or I break mine).

Dont think that would’ve faired too well in the combustion chamber
